Registration Module for CB

Is there a registration module that is available for CB?

I want the current registration form of CB that has only the First name, last name, and email address as inputs so I pretty need the registration form into a module that I can display on an article.

CB is configurable to allow you to specify what fields appear on the Registration form. In your post however you left off one item that must also be on the registration form, Password.

To use just the fields: Firstname, Lastname, Email, and Password, open CB Field Manager and deselect all the fields under the Registration? column, and only leave checked the four above. This is all that will appear on your register form.
