i created lists for users for my college website
so
i don't know how to seperat my users into these lists
eg engineering staff users in >> enginerin list

Use simple or advanced filter on list to filter based on cb field values.
yet , sorry but i didn't understand ( i created five lists on (list mangment) ) now i want to separate users into thees lists how can i set those filters (can you give me step by step)??!
And can i make users choose there list ??

ahhha ok ok i get
what i did is i creat filed name intrest and make it necessary
and then on lis mangment i created a list (engineering ) filter >> intrest >> equal to>> engineerin
so now all who fill engineering will go to this list ok great
