Create a new tab was created by rwh1000

I want to create a new tab but be able to control myself (as admin) what goes on here - e.g. I would want to put a weekly planner within the tab which i change myself so the user can see there tasks for the week.
Any advice on how to achieve this?

Just build a cb plugin for the new tab, it's pretty simple really, download the cb helloworld plugin and just modify that to do what you need.
