I not can update CB 1.7 to 1.7.1 was created by zylkin

I not can update CB 1.7 to 1.7.1

It was not possible to copy the selected file.
JInstaller::install: Failed to copy file: xxxxx/public_html/tmp/comprofiler.php to xxxxxx/public_html/components/com_comprofiler/comprofiler.php
It was not possible to delete the selected file.: 'index.html'
It was not possible to delete the selected file.: 'router.php'
It was not possible to delete the selected file.: 'metadata.xml'
It was not possible to delete the selected file.: 'comprofiler.xml'

sound like bad permissions in joomla
