HElp ME was created by karnage459

Iv Just started installing THis to my joomla 1.7 website

but when i go through extenions install and try to install cb_expert_files_only_j_1.5.tar

it gives me an error saying
JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file

what do i do
