Can not modify any fields or tabs.

When I go in to a field to modify it, I can make the changes I'd like, but when I go to save or apply or even cancel. I am just stuck on that page. There is no way out except to click the menu at top and go to another page. My changes are not save or modified at all.

I'm running a clean install of cb1.7 and joomla 1.7.

You are seeing this on a clean install of Joomla 1.7 and CB 1.7 with nothing else installed?

I'm sorry its not a clean install of joomla 1.7 im using a template from rockettheme. I installed the template then went straight to installing cb 1.7. I added custom fields, changed the settings in the config tab and went home for the weekend, when I came back today I was trying to fix an issue with a field and it will not let me modify it.

well something you installed is breaking javascript code most likely - if you can replicate on a clean install without anything else (template, etc) then we could investigate.

Otherwise I suggest to use something like firebug to inspect the page and see if any error exist.

It was the rokpad editor, switching to no editor fixed the issue.
