Hi all,
I have the user list which is showing three fields, name, profile pic and bio. I would like to limit the number of words displayed in the bio on the user list and then you click on the member to read the remainder of their bio. Some bios are long and others not and it just makes it look untidy and gives you more info then you need on that page. The page I am referring to is this one:

Any help would be appreciated.
