May I know can CB do as follows was created by madhura_d

I have search for this functionality but unable to find
May I know can CB do as follows:-
I have created CB fields which have required fields set to yes.
but I want like that, fields not required from backend while editing profile.
i.e.while Administrator editing his or other user's profile from backend he should not be asked for the required field validation.
Asking for required fields from front-end is ok.

Search again CB Configuration -> User Profile tab.

Fields validation in Admin
