Problem User List / Logout action

Its a trade off because of joomla 1.0 compatibility (I think).

Until CB2.0 you need to go into the DB an add the userlist ID there.
The menu type itself is OK.

No the menu type is NOT okay, I cannot select teh userlist I wish to see via a menuitem!

Any feed-back from the JOOMLA Core team???

I still have this problem with Joomla 2.5.6 and CB1.8.1 and have been battling with it for some time. I've just installed a completely new site as well and have the same problem.
As well as the known issue of Menu Item Type displaying Logout Action, the "Parameters (Basic) on the RHS is absent. Instead I have the following list of options:

• Link Type Options
• Page Display Options
• Metadata Options
• Module Assignment for this Menu Item

None of these have a List id option.

I have two lists and the non-default menu item will only take me to the default list.
I've attempted to paste the list URL into the Menu Link box but it won't take it.

If it takes a manual edit of a db entry then I'll need a little guidance please.

Digging into the DB is NOT the solution, many users don't even hav access

I urge to find a solution pls.
