Alternative Download link for CB 1.4 Package

I'm having the same problem. The download keeps getting interrupted only for the CB 1.4 Package. I've tried downloading it using IE9, IE8, Firefox, and Google Chrome but to no avail. Is there an alternative download link for this?

I tried downloading cb 1.4 with firefox and idm, I have tried several times and disconnected in the range of 2 - 3 mb, while i use idm it get some message "timeout". im from Indonesia...
