Registration and welcome email name

Registration and welcome email name was created by wacdee
Is there a way to change name of registration and welcome email that is sent to users?

Now, it is using sites name + text from Pending Approval Subject field, but I would like to use only text from Pending Approval Subject field. Same thing for welcome email.
