Unregistered Visitors Can't Send Email To Members

When someone is not logged in and they are viewing a list, when they click on Send Email, they get the message:

You are not authorized to view this page!
You need to log in.

How do I enable the email form to display for non-logged in (or unregistered) visitors?

I have CB CAPTCHA installed, which should provide some level of spam prevention.

Thank you, I installed that cb plugin and it appears to work.

One thing that I need is the ability to be a little more selective about which members have an email form. For instance, I have different lists. One list is Officers, and they want to have a way to email them. But another list is Sponsors, and they might not want a way to email them.

I hope this will satisfy the customer, but I really liked having the "Email Me" link in the list view that only appeared for the list I set it to appear for - it would be great if it could work for unregistered visitors.

Maybe that can be considered for CB in the future.
