I'm building a magazine "library" using Joomla 1.5, Yootheme Zoo and CB. I need a extension or plug-in that will enable the user to save any magazine as a "favorite" to their personal page.
It's the same feature that's on YouTube and other video sharing sites. However, I'm not using video.
The closest comparison to what I want can be seen on the "Issuu" or "Calameo" publication sharing sites.
When you read a magazine or PDF on either of those sites, you can save it to your page as a favorite. A copy of the thumbnail gets sent to your page, where you can click and read it again; or just save it to build your own private library.
Do you know of a extension/plug-in that will do that; with or without a copy of the thumbnail?
If you don't know of one, are you capable of BUILDING such an add-on?
Being able to offer this feature is of great importance to me. Any and all help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
