auto subscription and log in workflow issues

I am unable to set CB Paid Subscriptions up to allow users to select a plan, enter their basic details, then get taken to a payment gateway, then auto logged in as a special user and get taken to a specific menu to allow the user to complete a special form. It doesnt even log me in or even register me to the appropriate user group specified.
Is there a service where a Joomlapolis developer can log in and set up my site.
I have set up genuine and dummy payment gateways but never get taken to them. I have set up CB registration, turned off CMS registration. I have studdied the manual, whatched the video. Set up as instructed. Tried many different variations. Installed all the plug ins. I have installed and set up the auto log in feature.

I assume you mean the auto login system action in CB Auto Actions? As we've no other auto login feature. That system action won't work with CBSubs due to CBSubs having the payment flow process that extends registration. It's possible to implement this though, but requires configuring an auto action specifically for CBSubs.

You do not have an active subscription for CB Auto Actions. Appears yours expired. I cannot help you regarding configuring this without an active subscription.

Is it just the auto login that's not working? Are you seeing CBs registration page and the plan selection on that registration page? Below is an example of what registration should look like using the rounded CBSubs template with minimal registration fields.

We only provide basic installation services. We don't provide complete or specific site configuration.

I do get the registration page with plans. But after completing user gets taken to front page without going through payment process. User does get registered but not as the special group aligned to that plan.

The payment process is being bypassed because they're being logged in. Scroll down and you'll see that the user you registered as is logged in. The system action in CB Auto Actions for auto login does not take into account CBSubs. To auto login after CBSubs payment requires a more advanced configuration of a custom auto action. Turn off that system action and payment collection will work fine.

We do not provide such services. We can only provide configuration guidance here on our forums for addons of which you've an active subscription for. Your main issue being an auto login setup in CB Auto Actions, but you do not have an active subscription for CB Auto Actions so I cannot help you regarding that.
