Issues with Paid Subscription, Payment, and Enrollment

Thank you, the plugin has found several errors and corrected most of them. Only with CB Plugin CBSubs Tax are problems:

CB Plugin "CBSubs Tax" database has the following structural differences.
Table #__comprofiler_countries Collation is utf8mb3_general_ci instead of utf8_general_ci
Table #__comprofiler_provinces Collation is utf8mb3_general_ci instead of utf8_general_ci
are errors in the collation. These cannot be corrected because the same error is reported when the check is repeated.

Those tables seam to have a very old collation. You can ignore those for now. Your issue however with payments should be resolved if you could please confirm with a test basket.

Hi Krileon,

Thank you very much for the new tool. I have used it successfully, all database errors have been corrected. However, the communication between PayPal and CBSubs is not working correctly. I have therefore switched off the gateway for future subscriptions and payments will be made via Stripe. This works without any problems.

Are you getting that same error still with PayPal or a different error?

The PayPal payment process works. After the payment I am redirected to the Kulturbüro homepage. There is the error "Sorry, no response for your payment from the payment server (ErrorBad Request). Please check your email and status later" and "No matching payment basket found".
In the backend, the order is displayed as "not yet paid".

Strange, please PM backend super user login credentials and will take a look at the logs if you wish to investigate this further or if you're happy with just using Stripe. This sounds like something either in the PayPal gateway or account may not be configured correctly.
