Im assuming that the cbsubs_subscription table Status code changes from A to X at some stage after the expiry date is reached. How long after a subscription end date does a subscription status automaticlly change to X expired (if at all)? If this is meant to be automatic (and isnt) I guess Ive got a cbsubs global setting wrong - have explored that but no success finding an answer
cheers

Expirations need to be triggered. How they are trigged is entirely based off your settings in CBSubs > Settings > Global > Automation settings > Mass expiry settings. I recommend setting it to "Cron task and admin access (100 max/page) " and setting up a wget CRON Task to run the expiration URL daily.

You can set expirations to also trigger from frontend as well if you like and that should be enough to not need CRON if your site is active.
