CBSubs not working and getting errors was created by wjgadmin
Hi team
can you please assist us, we are having a lot of trouble with cbsubs & it's causing problems, even our url (http posts) aren't working. when a new user tries to register they're getting an error (please see attached), also when we try to add a subscription via our back end on their profile we receive an error (please see attached).

please look for a pm referencing this post with our login credentials. we built a test site for you to view. please let us know how to resolve the issue so we can replicate on our live site. thank you so much.

Ensure CB and CBSubs have latest build releases installed. Next be sure any other plugins installed are up to date. Now enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration. Once done retry and provide what error you're seeing along with the error callstack so we can see where it's coming from.

Please do not send login credentials that were not requested. We do not review installs on demand (that is not included with support). We only review if we absolutely need to.

looks like it may be the antispam causing it, as it may need to be updated. anything else you see?

Just looks like CB AntiSpam needs to be updated. Looks very out of date and not compatible with CBs latest release where we've updated Guzzle to version 7 internally.

thanks, unfortunately there are other errors as well even after unpublishing antispam. it has to do with the url i believe. we send http posts via the integrations / url in the cbsubs plan. so in this case, we were able to complete the registration where we were not able to before. but when we do register & attempt to complete the payment (test) we get this error.

any idea how to resolve this? thank you
