Ok, was able to confirm your query issue. That's happening when trying to use one of the price links from the payment center table. Have added a bug ticket for this. Looks like it's just trying to use the incorrect filter rules.

Regarding CB Auto Actions looks like Joomla returns an object when calling updateObject instead of bool when using MariaDB. Have applied a fix for this and have installed it on your site for you. Will have a new build released shortly to fix this for others with same issue.
