This might be a current feature, but I'm unable to find it maybe.
Situation: Our users are requesting a "Receipt" that shows an invoice and then that a payment was made to that invoice.
I have set it up so they can see their Payment History back for a years time. However, those Payment History documents do not say "Receipt" or "Payment" on them anywhere. It still says the Invoice Number. The only thing that is different is the Payment Method at the bottom, but it doesn't say anything else (amount paid, etc).
Payment History is what they would be asking for. It can be enabled in CBSubs > Settings > Display > Invoices by setting "Show payments history" to "Yes". That page shows a full history of every payment from them that has been processed by CBSubs. I recommend also enabling invoices with "Show invoices" if it was disabled. This will allow them to review the invoice (basically the basket) associated with that payment.
Not sure what you mean by it not showing the amount? The payment history displays as follows and includes the amount.
The invoice history page also includes the amount.

Correct. I was able to show the list of Payment History. The question is when you open one of them to print it. It doesn't show like a normal paid invoice where you see the amount owed and the amount paid, etc. This (attached) just says Invoice at the top and the price (which I know to be the amount paid, but it doesn't say that).
I know this is a specific need, but a lot of our users need that info for their companies (school districts)
You can customize how the invoice displays within CBSubs > Display > Invoices in the "Invoice content and styling settings for System owner" parameter group. Feel free to add whatever details you feel are necessary. The table itself can be customized to an extent using "Columns displayed on invoice" to adjust some of the columns.
