Hi,
An admin user goes to the 'CB Paid Subscriptions' tab of a user's profile from the front end
The user has previously unsubscribed from a plan and so the user has the option to 'resubscribe'.
The admin user clicks on the 'RESUBSCRIBE' button.
The error message: 'stripe payform notice: Payment basket does not belong to you.' appears in the 'Paid subscriptions' 'History Logs'.

However, when I add that admin user to the joomla 'Super Users' user group, they are able to click on the resubscribe button in a user's profile and see the payment form.

This functionality is needed by our admin as sometimes the users call up with their credit card details. However its not apropriate to give the admins 'Super User' privileges.

Thanks

You need to give whatever usergroup you're using for admins the appropriate permissions. Navigate to CBSubs > Settings > Permissions and adjust the permissions as needed. That specific usage is checking the "Record payment transactions" permission.

OK, thanks.
Do I need to give 'Registered' users that permission too, so that they can 'RESUBSCRIBE' themselves to a plan ?
Or is it a given that they can do it ?
Thanks

No, the permissions check only applies if the user viewing the basket is not the owner of the basket. So they will be able to resubscribe fine since it's their profile and their basket.
