Cancelling and locating recurring payment in Paypal

We are using CB Subs and Paypal Pro in the background to collect payments.

Someone is asking that we cancel his auto-recurring paymnet and I am not sure how to do that. Via CB (if so how?) or by cancelling the subscription on Paypal? If on Paypal, will this inform CB Subs that the auto-recurring payment is stopped and that CB Subs should stop renewing the person's membership?

Also, I think I was able in the past to search people's recuring payments in Paypal (now called "subcriptions") with their name. Not anymore. Now it only allows to search by "Subscription ID".

Subscription IDs in Paypal look like:

I-EBSCLAL8JJ3L or I-8RY3K797PYR

Always starts with "I-"... So I was looking for something like this in CB Subs in order to locate the person's subcription ID on CB so I can cancel it on Paypal but I can't see anywhere in CB somethink that looks like I-8RY3K797PYR.

Any suggestion?

You should be able to just cancel the recurring payments only at PayPal without cancelling the entire subscription. There's no way to do this from CBSubs without cancelling the entire subscription.

That information is typically kept internally so you probably won't find it anywhere except maybe CBSubs > Payments if it's logged as part of the payment. Only other options would be to check the notifications for their payment in CBSubs > Notifications or check _cbsubs_payment_baskets database directly for the subscr_id.
