[SOLVED] [#8265] QuickPay subscription not working!

I don't know what else to suggest. I've completely tested the workflows and verified payment is going through. Is QuickPay sending you back to your site? Review CBSubs > Notifications for a PDT or IPN with Type of subscr_signup. That is the initial recurring payment. If the IPN came through and the PDT was success you'll see 2 entries. See the below screenshots of this working.

And the scheduler_next_maturity is still set to: 2021-12-31 19:12:02

That is correct. The scheduler is not, and can not, be used for the initial first payment.

I tried again but the payment is not going through - at QuickPay I still get the error on the payment:
Aquirer status message: amount > 225 DKK and (not (some 3dsecure or strong authentication provided))
But 3d Secure is enabled and I verify during the payment, but some info about it is not passed on to the the aquirer..
hmm I will talk to QuickPay tomorrow and see if the problem is at their side.

The error seams to indicate that the acquirer does not allow for amounts greater than 225 and you're trying to use an amount of 600. Suggest contacting QuickPay as that doesn't appear to have anything to do with CBSubs side of things. CBSubs has no control over the 3DS either beyond toggling it on/off via form parameters. Actual 3DS verification is entirely handled by QuickPay and worked fine in my test payment.

You were right. This last problem was with the aquirer. It is fixed and everything is now working perefectly - thank you very much.
By the way - I contacted Strip and the are not planning on implementing MobilePay as a method, so for now the QuickPay plugin is the best solution for Danish customers.

I don't know if this means anything. I get a lot of theese in the log of CBSubs when people are subscribing/paying though QuickPay:

Error log getObject of object types cbpaidGatewayAccount id 1 failed. - --- System -

Is that a problem with or should I just ignore ?
