J'ai une erreur sur différents retours de Paypal (anomalie constatée +/- aléatoirement).
Certains client ont l'erreur et payent plusieurs fois alors que le paiement est bien passé.
"Désolé, mais votre paiement n'a pu être traité. Résultat de la transaction:FAIL Error: 4020. Veuillez retenter et informer les administrateurs du site.
Aucun panier approprié trouvé."
Tous les champs sont bien remplis dans la passerelle de paiement PAYPAL
PayPal Account and PDT Identity token (required)
ainsi que PayPal API credentials (optional)
Avez-vous une piste pour résoudre ce problème ?

Please check within CBSubs > History Log for a fatal error around the time of the purchase attempt. This is typically due to the identity token not being copied correctly.

Should the Identity token be "email" or "alpha characters" ?
That's typically due to "Your PayPal Identity Token" not being correct. Please be sure you've copied it from your PayPal account correctly with no leading or trailing spaces. For "PayPal Business (email or secure merchant ID)" it's recommended you use the Merchant ID. For "PayPal Main receiver account (email) (if Business is different from your main account)" that should be whatever email address is marked as Primary in your PayPal account.
