Hi,
When editing a plan, I have the option on the Presentation tab to edit the plan's website workflow texts and email texts.
I use the same text for each plan and have to copy and paste it each time.
Is there anywhere that I can edit the default text to be used across all plans ?

We don't have plan settings defaults at this time, it's a nice idea, not trivial to implement, but something we will keep in mind!
What works now is to first create a fully configured plan, then to select the plan in the plans list and copy the plan and change only the differences.
Plan description supports language strings. Simply set the description to a language key then translate that key to your description in a language override. Same applies for plan name and many other parameters. Example as follows.
Description: PLAN_TYPE_A_DESCRIPTION
Language Override
Key: PLAN_TYPE_A_DESCRIPTION
String: This is my plan description.
You'd then just need to set that language key into each of your plans instead of having to supply the full description to each. It also makes editing all of their descriptions simple from a single location. See the below on how to use language overrides.
