I notice ( forge.joomlapolis.com/issues/7905 ) that this is fixed.
But it is not yet working in the version that I have (4.3.1+build.2020.04.03.08.49.41.c2a5dfbf4).
You mentioned that you would release a new build with the change. I was just wondering if you knew when that would be ?
Thanks

The fix should be available in that release. It was completely tested as working. It is not a retroactive fix though and existing subscribers will need to have their usergroups fixed manually.

On a different tangent here but still same topic (Family Plans) how feasible will it be to implement family plans at new registration in the one operation? This is the way I got it to work recently- lets say dad signs up choosing a family of 3 plan - he wants to share that subscription with mum and daughter - he waits until registration is approved, logs in and then send the invites to the email addresses of mum and daughter and wait for them to respond - and when I last tested this mum and daughter needed to already registered and logged in for it to work - is that still the case or has the latest release of cbsubs fixed this?

They do not need to already be registered for that to work. They should be sent to the plans page with the shared subscriptions plan being the only plan available, selected, and set as free. There should also be a note below it stating it was shared to them. Below that should be the normal registration page. It will display like the following.

They need to of course click the accept link for this to happen.

Thanks for the screen shot and explanation Krileon but I cant get that train of events to occur - when the email offer of subs sharing arrives and the offer is accepted a redirection to the website occurs but the Error Login First msg appears (attachment 1) - the only way Ive been able to get past that and setup a successful shared family plan has been to create the new user from the backend - then login as them and then click on the Accept link in the email when it arrives. That results in a successful redirection and (as per second attachment) and a shared subscription is confirmed.

regards
swampy
