I would like to provide a link to site members to take them directly to the subscription tab in their profile to make it easier to renew their site membership. I would also be ok with a solution that allowed a stand a lone page with the subscription detail on it.

Create a Joomla menu item to CBs profile page by selecting Community Builder > User Profile menutype then adjust the Tab parameter in the menu as needed.
I would also be ok with a solution that allowed a stand a lone page with the subscription detail on it.
Create a Joomla menu item to CBSubs by selecting Community Builder > Plugin menutype then for Plugin select CB Paid Subscriptions and set the Do parameter to Display Subscriptions.
