Is there any other options for credit card icons in for the payment page? They are a little outdated. I looked at the /icons/cards folder and there seems to be a great selection on the cbsubs server but I don't have those same options on the paypal payments pro gateway.

Set "Payment Button type" to "Names of credit cards text" then use CSS to style the standard <button> element however you like. What icon CBSubs uses in its core image files depends on various settings.
