Nope, but we do perform install reviews if we suspect a bug is present. In your case it doesn't appear to be related to CB, but something with the server which we don't review. You can PM backend super administrator login credentials and I can try taking a look to see if I can at least expose where the error is coming from.Currently our regular Developer is not available. Does Joomlapolis offer a paid service to problem solve? If so, how do we access it? (Currently our Registration facility for new members is unavailable.)
