CBSubs Acymailing plugin working correctly?

I had a lengthy back and forth with Acyba about the CBSubs plugin incorrectly subscribing/unsubscribing users. They agreed that the plugin was not working correctly. I'm including their response. I updated the plugin but unsure if it's still working right.

I have the plugin set as the following (subscribes when they activate, unsubscribes when they expire)

"The issue appears to be coming from "Community Builder" itself.

Looks like you may have the "Deactivation / Cancellation / Expiration" usage configured as well? That's the only reason for it to remove subscriptions just before adding them. Note that is has a "Remove on plan activation" parameter as well. Beyond that the only way subscriptions could be removed exactly when subscriptions are added is if AcyMailing API is doing that, but we're using the below API as we were instructed to do.

Yes, I have those set but those deactivation Lists are different lists that we add users to when they unsubscribe such as a "Past Member" newsletter list. I'll let Acy know about this and see what they say.
