Paypal refund error was created by mphan

I get this error when I click on the refund button from the payment basket.

Error
Failed to save Refund this Payment manually because: Refund of payment failed: Security error: Security header is not valid. Refund request of USD 150.00 for payment id 184 of USD 150.00000 for basket id 294, Order id of Tracy Tran (username TracyTran - user id 973) using paypal with txn_id 4W8731130R463291S and auth_id failed for reason: .

Typically means the API credentials supplied within your PayPal gateway in CBSubs > Gateways are incorrect. Please double check that you've supplied valid credentials for "PayPal API credentials (optional)" as they're necessary to refund from backend.
