I use CBsubs on 2 sites and one site works fine but the other does not display the invoices in profile. I have both set to "Yes - 10 years" in Global Settings. Anywhere else I should be making sure they are displayed?
Do they have any invoices to actually display? If you've given them subscriptions from backend or through CB Auto Actions for example no basket is created and thus no invoice exists. Within CBSubs > Baskets check if any baskets belong to them in the past 10 years.
