CBSubs unconfirming acy

CBSubs unconfirming acy was created by wjgadmin
hi guys,
when a user signs up for our newsletter and confirms their account (starts receiving emails) and then they sign up for one of our cbsubs memberships, it is unconfirming their account in acy. can you please tell me how to stop that or what could cause it?

Do you have CBSubs AcyMailing installed and configured in your plans to subscribe or unsubscribe them from any of your newsletters?

1. AcyMailing CB Plugin (please see params attached via image)
2. CBSubs AcyMailing

1. AcyMailing CB Plugin (please see params attached via image)

We've no control over this as that's AcyMailings plugin.

2. CBSubs AcyMailing

Do you've any plans subscribing/unsubscribing them from newsletters? Try unpublishing CBSubs AcyMailing and see if issue persists.

Thanks for this. I am trying to work with acy on resolving this if their plugin is causing it. I do have the CBSubs plans subscribing users to lists so can't really disable that as of now. I am however working on removing the dependancies so that I can at least stop subscribing them to the lists.

Just to confirm it a user is not added to a list in acy, but is registered in CBSubs, can I still send emails via acy to them by using the CBSubs filter from acy?
I realize this is more of an acy question, it just popped in my mind so thought I'd ask incase you knew. Thank you

I had no idea AcyMailing had a CBSubs filter. So I'm guessing it's something AcyMailing is doing and have no idea if that filter will work or not. CBSubs AcyMailing just subscribes and unsubscribes users from the selected newsletters based off subscription state.
