We're finding that invoices sent through the Mailer often find their way to spam, but a follow-up email sent directly from an administrator does get through. For that to work, we need a list of email addresses of the expired subscribers.
You can find a list of the (deadbeat) users easily using the search criteria inside CBSubs-->Subscriptions. But that doesn't list email addresses, and looking up 100 of them would take a long time. A regular CB user list with "Special" access would work, but the subscription expiration date or subscription status doesn't show up as a field for filtering.
Is there an easy way to get such a list of email addresses?
You should be able to filter CB > User Management to all expired users for any plan or a specific plan. Your alternative is probably a custom database query to get exactly the information you're needing.
