Not Disable was created by wjgadmin
hi guys,
we're using acymailing with cbsubs/cb and when a user unsubscribes from a cbsubs plan it automatically sets their profile Enabled = NO.
because of this it also sets their account in acy to disabled. is there a way to simply have the users account remain enabled but of course unsubscribed so they do not have access?
for example if a user unsubscribes from a plan, it sets them to disabled and if they were to try and sign up again they'd likely be unable to with the same account because it is not enabled.

if there is a setting please let me know. basically we just want them to remain enabled because there is no reason for them not to, however all access would be removed because they are no longer subscribed to the plan. thank you

You've free registrations without a subscription set to No. This causes their account to be blocked until they renew or upgrade. Set "Allow Free Registered Users (without subscriptions)" to "Yes" within CBSubs > Settings > Global to disable that behavior.
