Help With Renewal Settings was created by bins
Hiya,

we have paid members who do not renew before expiry and I have the CBSubs plan set so they have until 30 days after formal expiry before they 'drop off' the system and need to re-join.

How can I set a plan so that when this date is passed, they can rejoin, with a new 1 year subscription, rather than continuous?

You'll need to adjust the "Can be reactivated if expired or cancelled since more than" or "Can be reactivated if expired or cancelled since less than" parameters as needed for that case. For example can set it to "Once expired or cancelled cannot be reactivated".
