How did you delete the user? Believe deleting them should cancel subscriptions, but it's recommended to first cancel subscriptions with recurring payments before you delete a user within CB > User Management. You can also directly cancel in Stripe on the Subscriptions page on the users behalf.

Please in the future just make new topics for separate issues.

in CB> User management I have deleted the user but continue to withdraw payments. I need to do it from the cb panel not from stripe.

Edit the user and unsubscribe them before deleting them or delete the subscription in Stripe before/after deleting them. We already have a bug ticket regarding user deletes not cancelling recurring subscriptions.

OK because I have directly deleted the user, then I was wrong!

Yes, using CB Privacy and its Delete Me field.
