blank page when confirming payment

blank page when confirming payment was created by nbora

Hi

I am getting a blank page when marking a user paid from the front end.
The last step where it says " Click here to confirm that you are paying off-line by mail" goes to a blank page and user is not marked paid

This page is blank

I have the latest build installed of CB Paid Subs
