Update both CB and CBSubs then recheck. If still not displaying carefully review the Access tab of your plans within CBSubs > Plans and ensure both the usergroup and view access level are set to Public then recheck.

Also no information is displaying in CB Sub Module.

That's because your CBSubs module is out of date compared to CBSubs.

Updating to the latest build was what i tried first before posting.

So I have latest versions:
pkg_communitybuilder_2.1.3+build.2017.08.10.23.23.10.914ce3ace.zip
CB Subs 4.1.0+build.2017.08.07.20.58.58.bc03b6077
mod_cbsubscriptions-4.1.0+build.2017.08.07.20.58.58.bc03b6077

Access for usergroup and view access level are already set to public

Review any conditions you may have applied under the Workflows tab of your plans. As you're already logged in they'll be considered Upgrades so ensure your plans allow upgrades.
