[SOLVED] Membership Upgrade available with Conditional Statements

So I figured it out.

After countless trial and error with different types of combination, which none worked. From what I observed, i think the conditions were never true. So if I selected the "offer upgrade if the conditions weren't true", the plan would be offered to the member regardless if the conditions were true or not.

So I re-created the fields which were involved in the conditions of my plans, and everything worked.

Hopefully someone finds this useful.
