Can you please advise what is causing the error message which my users are getting after payment via PayPal. The payments are actually successful but this message is shown on return to my site which is confusing to the user and the payment is not shown in CB payments.
I have also just realised that the confirmation email was not sent and so had to manually confirm and activate the membership via the admin panel. The resend confirmation email is also not working. Any reasons for all this.
Am using CB 2.1.2+build.2017.03.31.23.49.38.3bf553c4c and CB Subs 4.1.0+build.2017.02.05.10.47.55.62b0580e3
