Different fields on the registration form and the invoice address form ??

Has this bug with the mapping been fixed ??

Country stores in the database by the full country name and not 2 or 3 character ISO. So if for example you want to map United States you need to ensure your fields selection option value is United States instead of US.

Yes - the country mapping is fine now, but then there is still the other problem i described earlier in this thread:

In CBSubs it is only possible to map the "Name field" to one CB field - but in the invoice details of CBSubs it is shown as a firstname and a lastname field - that makes no sense ??

That still has not been fixed ??

Nope, but am not quite sure why this is a show stopper for you? The invoice address fields in CBSubs are also fields, which you can force update using CB Auto Actions however you like using a Field action.
