I'm out of ideas. Please PM backend super administrator login credentials and either provide a test login where the issue can be seen or steps to duplicate and will take a look.

Have reviewed your install and believe I understand the issue. The test user provided upgrade path appears to be as follows.

Outdoor > Minimalist > Freedom > Parking

These are all upgrades from 1 plan to another. Now as subscribed to Parking you want to allow them to upgrade back to say Minimalist. When doing this the Minimalist plan is not displaying on its plans page or in the profile tab.

This is due to "Propose spontaneously plan for upgrades" being set to "No: hide this plan from upgrades and from access proposals, unless specifically included in URL". You need to set it to "No: hide this plan from upgrades, unless included in URL or needed for access", which appears to resolve your issues in my tests. Currently you're strictly only allowing the plan to be accessible if it's an upgrade, which Minimalist isn't since you already upgrade to and from it.

I tried changing the settings of all the plans to use "No: hide this plan from upgrades and from access proposals, unless specifically included in URL" but this did not solve the issue. I must apologise as the demo account you used had not booked the Minimalist site, so that is why the fix appeared to work.

The solution I decided to use was to set all the plans to: "Yes: show automatically plan for normal upgrades (recommended)". As I am using URLs to access the plans in all cases, it is not required to manage the display of the plans through settings. I still have the plans set to: "Only one subscription at a time" so the final effect is that the member is always only subscribed to 1 plan, but they can select any plan to subscribe to.

Thanks again for all your help.
