[SOLVED] Renew button not working was created by autobahn
I recently updated our website to Joomla 3.6.5 and CB 2.1.0 without any problems. CBSubs is 4.1.0.

We have an annual plan presented in tab format and, since the Joomla/CB update, when members log in to renew their subscription for another year the 'Renew Now' button on the Subscription tab doesn't work. Clicking on it simply takes the user back to the first tab in the profile (Contact Info) instead of to the payment page.

Now here's a strange thing - if the user goes instead into Update Your Profile, makes no changes but clicks immediately on the Cancel button and is returned to the Profile, then goes to the Subscription tab and clicks on the Renew Button he is taken straight to the payment page, an invoice is generated in the CBSubs Basket and the renewal can proceed.

Is this a bug or do I need to chnage something?

It's due to invalid Joomla menu items to CB. This should be fixed in latest build 2.1.0+build.2016.12.28.01.24.32.d61585943 as it'll try to migrate old invalid URLs. Please update and see if issue persists. If it does please review your Joomla menu items to CB and ensure they're proper internal menu items with the correct menu type selected.
