We have five membership plans (population of a state determines the plan) that are based upon US State membership (50 Members). At times, the folks that hold those memberships move on and new folks replace them. These new folks are members of other plans that we offer. What is a recommendation on transferring a membership so that all the payment transactions move with the member? I don't want to lose any payment transactions. Any guidance would be appreciated.
You can't transfer a subscription from 1 user to another if I am understanding correctly. You'd simply expire the previous user and activate the subscription for the other. Transaction data is not deleted due to a plan expiring.
