[SOLVED] CB Subs moderators don't receive "Action required" email

Hi,
When a user subscribes, he receives a "confirm your email" notification. When he clicks, moderators are then supposed to receive an email "ACTION REQUIRED! New user sign up request pending approval", but only superAdmin is notified, this email is not sent to the moderators.
- I created a special acces in Joompla and included moderators in the group with this access level
- In Community Builder > Configuration > Moderation :
  • Moderators View Access Level: "My Moderators" (this special access that includes moderator's group)
  • Moderator Approve Users: Yes
  • Send Moderators Email: Yes

But moderators are not notified by email for approval when a new user activates his account.
Can you please help ?

You need to edit their user within CB > User Management and set them to receive moderator notifications.
