CBSubs members subscriptions are not being updated as active when eWAY payments are successful

Hi Kyle,

I sent you a Connections Request about a week ago but haven't seen a reply from you yet so I can PM the backend super administrator login credentials to you.

Please also include the username of the user affected.


Without this detail I've no idea what user baskets, IPNs, payments, etc.. i'm supposed to be looking into. Please PM the username of the user with this exact issue.

The users you provided only have a subscription (active or expired) to a plan you have unpublished. It looks like you made a copy, adjusted the price, then unpublished the old plan. They need to upgrade to the new plan, which I see is displaying fine under their Subscriptions tab. I see no PDT, payments, or history attempts to upgrade to one of the newer plans. They can not renew a plan that is unpublished.

If there's an issue I'm unsure what it is. Please provide step by step of how to reproduce, what the issue is exactly, and what behavior you're expecting as I see nothing wrong on your install.
