Hi,

We are getting the following error when trying to access or search for New or Renewing memberships from the CB Subs Payments page, e.g.

An error has occurred.

1054 Unknown column 'a.newregs' in 'where clause' SQL=SELECT COUNT(*) FROM `#__cbsubs_payments` AS a WHERE ( a.`payment_status` = 'Completed' ) AND ( a.`newregs` = '1' ) AND ( a.`time_paid_date` = '2016-06-28' )

This is on a Joomla 3.5.1 website with the latest version of CB and CBSubs, e.g.

Community Builder: 2.0.14
CBSubs: 4.1 (cbplug_CBSubs_MAIN-4.1.0+build.2016.06.13.00.20)

Can you please help resolve this issue?

Thanks,

Dion.

It's a known issue as originally found below.

www.joomlapolis.com/forum/256-cbsubs-support/231942-payments-filter-by-new-registrations-does-not-work

Logout of backend to clear your session, which will clear filters. Then don't use that filter for the time being.

Hi Kyle,

Any idea when this issue will be resolved? as it's an important Filter (for New and Renewing memberships) that should be working.

Thanks,

Dion.

Hi Dion,
That bugfix didn't make it into 4.1.1, as we already gave it 2 tries to fix it, but it's a non-trivial bug that needs some dedicated time to fix it. I have now increased its priority again.

Hi Beat,

It would be great to have this bug finally fixed as it was pointed out to me again by one of our clients this week.

Thanks,

Dion.
