Several subscriptions in our database that should be Active are displaying as Expired. See attached screen shot, taken today 2 April. Expiry date is 23 April so subscription should be active until then. What's happening?
I think I've figured it out. This is a test database uploaded from csv file. Though the expiry date was uploaded there is no active subscription record associated with the subscriber. CBSubs must check for existence of a valid subscription first regardless of expiry date. I guess when I upload subscription details this problem will go away. Am I right?

Yes, you are probably right. CBSubs can't do expire a subscription before the expiry date.
