Ingenico: sorry the payment does not match the basket

Hello,

I have a CBsubs 4.01
CBuilder 2.0.13
Joomla 3.4.8

I have Ingenico (Ogone) configured as payment gateway.

When a new user makes a donation, the transaction takes place.
Our Ingenico account supports € and $ and CBsubs is configured to work with €.

Once the payment is done and succesfully treated ba ingenico, when the user is redirected to the website, they have the message

"Sorry, the payment does not match the basket. Please contact site administrator to check error log"

This is what I find in the log:

ogone: orderID, amount or currency missmatch.: Sorry, the payment does not match the basket. Please contact site administrator to check error log.

Does this have to do with the fact that the credit card used for the payment does not have the same name that th CB user?

Or there is something else to check?

Il also tried setting up the currency config to $ and it's the same.

When I try to go to the payments center in the backend, in donations, the status is Registered Unpaid. The payment is not being recorded in CBsubs.

Any clues on how to fix this?
