Hi Gary1,

We have opened a hosting support ticket on our hosting portal where you can reply with more details (our hosting team does not have administration access to your Joomla site so cannot directly try to reproduce the issue to check the logs).

So best is to try to reproduce the error and write down the exact time (with timezone), your public IP address from which you access your site ( whatismyip.org/ gives you that information) and provide that information in your hosting ticket, together with the date-time and timezone of your access.

You also have access to your Apache error logs which might give you precious information in your hosting panel in "Logs and Reports" - "Apache Error Logs".

Btw. To get fast support from our hosting team, best is to open a hosting ticket on our hosting portal, that way we can directly link to your hosting account.

Our hosting team already looked into the error logs, but couldn't find the faulty access with certitude. So best is to follow-up from here on the hosting ticket regarding this issue.

The issue raised in this thread that CBSubs settings didn't save with blank screen got resolved in your hosting ticket 4 days back: Just so people searching forums know the issue:

One of our mod_security rule was triggered by a setting in CBSubs (an error was visible in the Apache error logs). Our hosting team found and fixed that issue. These are the same rules that have kept customer sites safe from attacks, including the zero-day ones, fixed by Joomla 3.4.6 security release.

Marking this thread as solved.
